South Bank developments around Bankside
Looks more Bankside than Southbank. Got that 'could be anywhere in Europe' look about it
Somewhat belated: There's something very like that in Birmingham at the base of some angular tower near the end of Broad Street (I've been there once, a while ago).So it'll turn out to be in Basingstoke instead.
Actually telling us where it is would be nice.. not just "England" =)
