Looks like a Greek restaurant outside of Petaluma, California - the view there is over the tidal estuary of the Petaluma River. Ah, Papa's Taverna...

I have no idea. It could be anywhere and that is obviously the point. But why is that the point? I mean firstly, (and I see other people have asked this) why the interest in the seaside. Secondly, why are these kinds of places so similar? It could be anywhere in the world. The chairs, the plastic table cloth - there is nothing specific to any particular location. So how are we to know? A memory - something we recognise because we have been there before?

And yes, what is this obsession with the sea? You english are always talking about your toilets and fishy chips and deckchairs! It's so boring now, there is a whole world on your island just to be discovered.
